This is a story about the cycle of life—about a world that breathes through the grace of the Earth Goddess. She gives endlessly, yet asks for one thing: balance.
For life to keep flowing, every being is entrusted with her gifts—forests, water, wind, and light.
Nature’s resources are not meant to be dominated, but to be respected. If one link breaks, the entire harmony may collapse.
And yet, there is hope. By choosing everlasting sources—wind, flowing water, and the ever-faithful sun—we keep the flame of life alive. For a thriving Earth. For a beauty that keeps turning, like the wheel of the cosmos.

For the Baltic Sea Festival in Sweden I had the opportunity to decorate their window facade with colourful adhesive-foils. The theme were defined by them, I should pick one of the viking's Goddess. I chose the God of Mother earth, or Jörð as well known as Fjörgyn. From its mythology I translated it into this illustration. That represent the care of the mother earth to us human being and other life creature.

The mural took 4 days to complete on site and another 2 days of prep work in the studio. I prepared some of the elements—like the animals—in advance at the studio, so they could be placed directly onto the surface later. Other parts, like the clouds and the goddess herself, were created on the spot using cut-out shapes based on pre-designed templates.
The total length of the window surface I worked on was 20 meters, with a height of almost 4 meters.
